Suresh is a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of professional experience in Industries and Practice. He has been Finance Head/CFO for various MNCs in India and Abroad with hands on experience in Internal audits, implementation of internal control systems, Capital induction, Merger, Business Planning, Developing , Drafting of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Corporates, Developing and implementing Cost Control mechanism. Also headed as General Manager – Operation at a leading manufacturing Company before starting the practice and renders his service in larger and broader terms. He is exhaustively involved in various lean projects for MNC's to understand and remodel the specific corporate process which has become ineffective and bring the operating systems back to track in the shortest possible time. He has extensively worked and successfully handled various taxation engagements across sectors for various clients from small and medium enterprises to large enterprises specializing in the areas of Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax and GST implementation services. He also supports in statutory audits and projects management.
